Payday promotion compilation
Home > Campaign page template creation
This project enables Traveloka users in Indonesia to access all payday promotion pages across Traveloka products to make their experience easier and more enjoyable. Another key points to note that this effort aimed to help users in easily locating relevant promotions during monthly payday events and minimizing scroll time within the promotion home page.

Payday promotion page
The challenge
The existing recurring template landing page fails to meet the requirements, particularly with regard to accommodating promotions from 6 products. Additionally, uncertainties appear regarding the number of promotions that will be active during the payday period. Adding complexity, the promotions will cover both domestic and international travel.
Initial design
Initial design
The initial idea differentiate the products by creating a structured section, resembling a table, with each product in Y-axis and accommodate promotions for both domestic and international travel in X-axis.
Iteration design
Due to some observations and trials, the initial design didn't work and misled the click rate. Therefore, the iterative design was implemented by placing the product above the thumbnails and creating two columns to separate Domestic and International campaigns.
Iteration design
Learnings
The initial design faced a setback as users mistakenly clicked on the non-clickable product box on the left, disrupted the intended flow. Consequently, users exited the page, leading to a drop in promotion sales. This served as a valuable lesson, prompting me to recover with an iteration design for the subsequent payday promotion. The revamped design proved highly successful, remaining in use until the conclusion of the promotion payday plan.
Attraction page for new users
Home > Attraction page creation
Two projects are centered around creating attraction pages for new users. The Traveloka Malaysia design team requires a campaign page with a "travel easy" concept to enhance user awareness of the company's product. Subsequently, following the successful launch in Malaysia, the Traveloka Philippines design team eager to implement a similar idea with a different layout.

DSGN Information and Self-service Hub (DISH)
Home > Informative page creation
The Traveloka design team faced challenges in accessing essential data due to the absence of a centralized platform, which led to prolonged search times. The DISH serves as a one-stop solution that consolidates all the information required by designers. This project resulted from internal interviews and surveys, collecting data from approximately 200 participants in total. DISH has significantly reduced search times for designers and has also enabled other teams to conveniently use the platform for their specific needs.

The challenge
As a tech company, Traveloka Indonesia utilizes a cloud-service to store all information. With a lot of data to access, individuals often resort to saving links, such as in browser bookmarks. However, this process can be troublesome, especially considering the varied approaches each individual may take in storing the required information.
DISH serves as a one-stop solution that consolidates all the information required by the designers.
First section
First section is the design-related documents that designers need to see, easy, and quick access it when they use DISH.
Second section is the company-related documents that designers might need in the ad-hoc situations.

DSGN Library Management System
Home > Design library management system
The DSGN Library Management System is an online tool developed for Traveloka employees to borrow physical books for a fixed period. This system aims to safeguard company assets by preventing books from being lost or damaged, thereby helping to manage the team's budget by reducing the need for replacements. In collaboration with the VP of Design, we established a dedicated space for storing all books, effectively creating a well-organized and functional design library.

The challenge
This project is a revamp project from the previous lending system in different tool. The previous lending system utilized a tool with limited accessibility. This self-updating system lacked a structured return schedule, resulting in untracked physical books and fostering irresponsible behavior.
The concept
To enhance accessibility, the platform was migrated to the company's general tools, specifically Google Workspace. This change ensures that all individuals within Traveloka can access the link without restrictions.

In terms of the system flow, I synchronized Google Spreadsheet, Google Calendar, and Google Form to establish an automatic system. Google Spreadsheet functions as an online library or book database, Google Form serves as the platform to submit requests to borrow available books, and Google Calendar acts as a reminder in the borrower's calendar, indicating when the book should be returned.

The initial step to borrow a book involves submitting data through Google Form. Subsequently, users are not required to take any action in the book database, as the information from Google Form is automatically transferred to Google Spreadsheet, updating the book status in the database. Along with the process, the modified status in the book database then triggers an auto-reminder on the borrower's calendar.
